How does the rental work?

We deliver clean, stacked totes to your door on your delivery date. You pack at your own pace, move, and unpack. On your pickup date we collect everything.

Do I have to be home for delivery or pickup?

Usually not. Tell us where to leave the totes and we will put them somewhere safe and dry. If access is tricky, add a note to your booking and we will work it out with you.

How many totes will I need?

Each package lists the size of home it suits best. If you are between two sizes, going one size up is usually the safer choice and costs less than running short mid-move.

What if I need the totes for longer?

Extensions are available. The rates are shown on this page, and you can arrange one before your pickup date rather than being charged a surprise late fee.

Are the totes clean?

Yes. Every tote is cleaned and inspected between rentals, and anything damaged beyond cosmetic wear is taken out of service.

What can I not pack in them?

Nothing hazardous, flammable, or perishable, and nothing wet. Otherwise pack them as you would a sturdy box.
